Julie has called Amherst home for approximately 28 years. She is married, the mother of two boys, and grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren ranging in age from two to six.

Educated in London, England, Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Human Resources — the exact training the county's HR, Nursing Home, and Public Assistance divisions need.
